2017清洁燃煤发电中国国际论坛

 中国目前是全球最大的煤炭消费、生产和进口国，煤炭作为主体能源的地位不会改变。据有关资料显示，2014年我国产煤38.7亿吨，接近世界煤炭总产量的一半，占一次性能源消费比重为66%，2020年要达到62%，2030年要达到55%，到2050年煤占一次性能源的比重还要保持在50%以上。今年11月，国务院办公厅近日印发《控制污染物排放许可制实施方案》，提出规范有序发放排污许可证，严格落实企事业单位环境保护责任，将在火电行业率先推动改革。
