晶硅太阳电池银浆技术被列入《能源技术创新 “十三五”规划》
2017年1月消息,国家能源局印发了《能源技术创新“十三五”规划》,规划指出,围绕由能源大国向能源强国转变的总体目标,瞄准国际能源技术发展的趋势,立足我国能源技术发展现状及科技创新能力的实际情况,从2016年到2020年集中力量突破重大关键技术、关键材料和关键装备,实现能源自主创新能力大幅提升、能源产业国际竞争力明显提升,能源技术创新体系初步形成。
在光伏技术领域,规划提出2016-2020年,晶硅太阳能电池的银电极浆料技术将作为重点发展任务。目标是研制出印刷性能优良、低欧姆接触界面、可焊性好和附着力强的银电极浆料,形成产业化示范,替代进口银电极浆料。
研究内容包括:研究银电极浆料流变性能和电极/晶硅界面特性、产业化生产技术与品质控制技术,研制出印刷性能优良、低欧姆接触界面、可焊性好和附着力强的银电极浆料,降低晶硅太阳能电池组件生产成本;研究大绒面制备及抛光添加剂并进行示范应用;研究硅基低温银浆的原理、配方设计与应用性能评估,获得高性能低温银浆的配方,形成产业示范。
晶硅太阳电池导电浆料包括正面银浆、背面银浆和背面铝浆,是提高太阳电池转换效率并有效提供光伏组件输出更多电力的关键材料。目前背面铝浆已经基本实现国产化,背面银浆的国产化率也在提升。而正面银浆具有较高的技术壁垒,主要依靠进口。
经过多年的技术研发与经验积累,国产正银企业在2016年取得重大进展。亚化咨询研究表明,多家国产正银企业取得了量产突破,并实现了向下游电池片企业大批量供货,已经成为银浆市场上不可忽视的力量。伴随着国家政策的支持和国产正银产品性能的进一步提升,国产正银的市场份额在2017年将会进一步提升。
第三届太阳电池浆料与金属化技术将于2017年3月21日在江苏常州召开。将探讨全球与中国光伏行业展望与浆料市场前景,太阳电池金属化技术进展,银浆和铝浆国产化趋势与投资机遇,用于新型高效电池的浆料研发与应用,导电浆料技术趋势与成本降低路径,光伏浆料关键原料生产与供需等。
C-Si solar cell silver paste technology listed in the "Energy Technology Innovation ‘13th FYP ’ "
News from Jan. 2017, China’s National Energy Administration issued the "energy technology innovation ‘13th FYP’ ". The plan pointed out that around the overall goal changing from the big to the power energy country, aimed at the international trends of energy technology development, based on China''s energy technology development status actual situation of technological innovation ability, from 2016 to 2020, China will concentrate on breaking key technologies, key materials key equipment, to increase energy innovation capability substantially, improve energy industry international competitiveness significantly, form energy technology innovation system.
In the field of photovoltaic technology, the plan proposed from 2016 to 2020, c-Si solar cell silver paste technology is emphasized as key development task. The goal is to develop silver paste with excellent printing performance, low ohmic contact interface, good solderability strong adhesion, to form industrial demonstration substitute the imported silver paste.
The research contents include: study rheological properties of silver paste electrode/c-Si interface characteristics, industrial production technology quality control technology, develop silver paste with excellent printing performance, low ohmic contact interface, good solderability strong adhesion, to reduce production cost of c-Si solar cell module; study the preparation of large texture polishing additive for demonstration application; study the principle, formula design application performance evaluation of silicon-based low-temperature silver paste, to obtain the formula of high performance low temperature silver paste form industrial demonstration.
C-Si solar cell pastes refer to the front-side silver paste, rear-side silver paste, rear-side aluminum paste, is the key materials for improving cell conversion efficiency providing more output power of modules effectively. At present, rear-side aluminum paste has been basically achieved localization, localization rate of rear-side silver paste is rising. Front-side silver paste relies heavily on imports because of high technical barriers.
In 2016, domestic front-side silver paste enterprises have made significant progress after years of technology R&D experience accumulation. ASIACHEM research shows that a number of domestic front-side silver paste enterprises have made breakthrough in mass production, shipped to the downstream cell companies, which have already cannot be ignored on silver paste market. With the support of national policy further enhance performance of domestic front-side silver paste, the market share of domestic front-side silver paste will be further enhanced in 2017.
